The Role: As a Paralegal, reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, you will support a Legal Affairs team in a global company that is fast-paced and growing rapidly. This position requires initiative, high attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly with a demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies. It also requires good judgment, confidentiality, a strong work ethic, a high degree of accountability, and excellent organization skills.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Review and organize large sets of agreements, reviewing for specific terms and data, and saving such agreements according to a specific naming protocol
- Attend conference calls, board meetings, advisory meetings and the like, as required
- Support the Legal team with other tasks related to this project
Creating Extraordinary Starts With:
- Associates degree from an accredited college or university
- Paralegal Certificate is preferred
- Training as a paralegal or related work experience
