The Safety Coordinator will assist in the set-up and maintenance of vehicle fleet and safety training for the branch.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Education/Experience:
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) and 2-3 years of experience coordinating and maintaining fleet and safety.

This position is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand, as necessary.
Work Environment:
This job operates in both an office and a field environment. Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.

- Prepare and maintain list of vehicles.
- Submit vehicle request to Director of Field Services.
- Review upfitting specifications for accuracy.
- Process vehicle registration renewals.
- Process disposal paperwork when vehicles are sold.
- Ensure online training is completed in a timely manner.
- Assist with the onboarding of new hire safety training.
- Assist with contract setup and renewals.
- Other duties as assigned.
