Consulting

  • Client delivery as part of an onsite or remote project team able to define the framework
  • and structure of deliverables carrying out the production of complex deliverables
  • Manage the work activities and timelines of work for both themselves and their team

  • Utilizing a higherlevel understanding of methodological concepts coaches teammates
  • in preparing client deliverables utilizing tools like PowerPoint Excel Access MS Project
  • and Visio designing key deliverables for projects and supporting other consultants in the
  • production of their deliverables
  • Present complex ideas critical points and decisions required to team members and
  • client contacts including middle and top management
  • Perform simple and complex research and business analysis to solve for customer
  • business challenges / issues to present unique tailored solutions utilizing both
  • quantitative and qualitative data
  • Manages internal team by promoting teamwork motivate and help consultants to
  • improve
  • Demonstrate credibility and legitimacy with client capable of challenging client
  • approaches and provide new directions allowing the customer to evolve and deepens

  • Cultivate knowledge related to a specific business challenge issue or deepen understanding within a sector and function domain
  • Contribute to the development of new solutions in own areas of expertise
  • Takes a leading role within internal firm knowledgeshare activities and organizations ensuring complete knowledge and competency transfer to other consultants
  • Business Development

  • Detects and qualifies business opportunities maintains client relationships and coordinates the writing of business proposals
  • Identifies new solutions and adapts to client needs
  • Actively engaged in gotomarket market facing and origination as well as creating awareness building the brand and increasing reputational capital of Sia Partners
  • Maintains lasting relationships with clients to develop a personal network
  • Meets defined revenue targets

  • Minimum Revenue Generated : $250K
  • Minimum Managed Revenue : $500K
  • People Management

  • Supervises and animates a team project; establishes goals; coaches and evaluates the consultants with focus on the development of Associate Manager
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 57 years of management consulting experience including 3 years in team management and business development / sales.
  • Knowledge of the full Wealth and / or Asset Management value chain (Front Office Middle Office Back Office)
  • Experience in complex transformations or technology implementations in Wealth and / or Asset Management including business analysis sourcing model data model organizational model and technical architecture
  • Experience in designing future state operating models in Wealth and / or Asset Management due to various change catalysts (e.g. core platform change new product merger / acquisition start up cost reduction outsourcing globalization)
  • Specific subject matter expertise regarding transformation and a strong business understanding of Wealth and / or Asset Management products and services
  • Growth focused professional with proven track record of exceeding personal revenue goals through exceptional client delivery
  • Desire to build an opportunity with an organization that fosters their entrepreneurial spirit
  • Willingness to be handson and get in the weeds as a doer when needed
  • Proven track record of originating sales pursuits and closing sales creating solutions to complex business programs operational excellence and strong understanding of consultative sales approach
  • Drive profitability and position for continued growth and expansion
  • Ability to drive relationships within CSuite and other senior executives to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business
  • Team player with outstanding interpersonal and demonstrated leadership skills
  • Bachelors degree required in business or related field; advanced degrees welcome
  • Proven track record in selling regulatory solutions to various industries
  • Ability to build manage and foster a teamoriented environment and to mentor team members
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Dynamic and able to achieve results with an entrepreneurial mindset
