Job Description:
At SIMA HOMES, we’re looking for a committed, organized Project Supervisor with a sharp eye for detail. This person will play a key role in the daily supervision of our residential construction projects, ensuring quality, order, and progress at every stage.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise subcontractors' work on-site.
- Document daily progress using BuilderTrend.
- Receive and verify material deliveries.
- Keep the construction site clean and organized.
- Perform small tasks such as paint touch-ups and trim installation.
- Assist with urgent material logistics when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential construction.
- Comfortable using technology (tablet, photo documentation, checklists).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset.
