As part of the HRIS team, the Analyst HRIS is responsible for overall system performance and maintenance on business processes. It is a key contributor to the maintenance and continuous improvement of our HRIS in evaluating and recommending optimization for the current business process, in support of the Manager HRIS/Payroll. You will be accountable for the development and distribution of critical reports/dashboards to the organization. This position ensures that accurate best practice business process/workflows and other system dependencies are in place within the HRIS to support business efficiency.
The Analyst HRIS will be reporting to the HRIS/Payroll Manager NAM.

Your Impact in This Role
As Analyst, HRIS, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Search and thrive for continuous improvement of HR systems within the organization
- Ensure HR systems align and communicate in an efficient and effective way with other organization systems
- Ensure HR systems are deployed to support E2E Human Capital processes in full
- Act as main test coordinator for regression testing at new Workday releases, for ad hoc business process changes and participate to testing when deploying new modules or systems
- Coordinate with IS team on testing new integrations or impact on integration of new deployments in HR systems
- Regularly audit HRIS data for accuracy and consistency
- Perform data entry and updates within the HRIS systems, including Workday and ADP Workforce Now
- Cleanse and standardize data to maintain data quality
- Update and develop new HRIS process documentation, training and Quick Reference Guides for end users so that using HRIS will become user intuitive for the end users
- Organize regular campaigns within the organization to improve the user adoption of Workday
- Act as change champion in the roll-out and deployment of new modules
- Develop and enhance HR reporting in Workday, including the development of dashboards for reporting key metrics
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for HR strategy
- Liaise with BI specialist on integration of Workday with Power BI for consolidation of reporting of HR metrics in consolidation with metrics from other departments impacting the group management dashboard
- Act as a business partner HRIS for the specific subject matter expert business owner in case of new developments
- Be part of project team in future HRIS development projects
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, HR or IT
- A minimum of 5 years prior experience with at least 3 years in working with systems
- Experience in using Workday HCM is a must, experience with Workday recruitment, ADP Workforce Now and Advanced compensation an asset
- Knowledge of/experience in other workday modules is an asset
- Accuracy-driven with a sharp analytical mindset
- Sound communicator; English proficiency verbal & writing. Other languages are an asset
