SUMMARY : The receptionist provides general office support and performs a variety of administrative activities and tasks while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing both in person and on the telephone.
- Maintains visitor log.
- Answering and routing phone calls on a multi-line phone system.
- Strong verbal and written communication; compose letters; telephone etiquette.
- Assists in producing projects and reports (copying, printing and / or scanning documents).
- Stock office areas with necessary supplies and place orders.
- Maintain coffee supplies and stock breakrooms.
- Distribute mail, occasional errands, schedule meetings, organize special events.
- Maintains calendar of scheduled visits by customers and potential customers; reminds appropriate staff of visit
- Maintain organized records and filing of documents.
- Provides general administrative and clerical support for Managers and Executive Team.
- Performs related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
Work Schedule : Full time; Mon-Fri; 8 hours a day
