Role: Box/GWS Migration Engineer

Location: Burbank, CA / Orlando, FL / Seattle, WA / Bristol, CT / New York, NY (onsite from day one)

Duration: 12 months

Visa: USC/GC/GCEAD/H4EAD/TN

Must-Have Qualifications:

Large enterprise MS365 migration experience

Strong PowerShell scripting skills (writing, editing, and understanding complex scripts)

Experience with Microsoft Migration Manager or similar migration tools

Hands-on experience with Box, Google Workspace/G-Suite migrations into Microsoft-based toolsets

SSO integrations & Azure AD experience

Strong knowledge of SharePoint & OneDrive permission models

API experience – ability to write and edit API scripts

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, implement, and integrate enterprise-level Messaging and Collaboration technologies

· Migrate and consolidate Google Workspace, Box, and other collaboration platforms into M365/Azure Graph API

· Manage Box custom apps, published apps, and Box app models

· Perform complex migrations of Google Workspace Drive, Gmail, and Calendars for 100 users

· Support GCP project migrations to M365 Azure Graph API

· Work with SSO integrations, Azure AD, SharePoint, and OneDrive

· Provide technical analysis, planning, and execution for migrations

· Collaborate with teams across matrixed virtual organizations

Preferred Skills:

· Project Management experience for large IT initiatives (3 years)

· Experience working with and directing suppliers in outsourced environments

· Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

· Strong customer service & stakeholder engagement

3.What was the last Box and/or Google migration you worked on?

4.What’s the largest migration you’ve handled?
