JOB DESCRIPTION::
- Business Analyst to support Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives for global enterprise. The ideal candidate has a solid background in technology projects, foundational experience supporting GenAI projects, along with hands-on experience working with Azure DevOps and/or JIRA.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and functional requirements for Generative AI use cases, translating them into clear, actionable user stories.
- Develop and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs within Agile tools (Azure DevOps/JIRA).
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review sessions to ensure timely delivery and alignment of GenAI project objectives.
- Identify process gaps and propose enhancements to optimize workflows, ensuring the best use of generative AI technologies.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clarity of project scope and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role supporting technical projects in an Agile environment.
- Proven track record of participating in 1–2 Generative AI solution implementations (RAG, LLMs, or similar).
- Experience creating user stories and defining acceptance criteria for Agile product backlogs.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps and/or JIRA for backlog and project tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical and business needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
