Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of Admins, BAs, and Devs
- Oversee Salesforce/CPQ system use and optimization
- Plan new implementations, upgrades, and seasonal releases
- Handle vendor relationships and license management
- Work closely with business units to gather and translate requirements
- Lead Salesforce projects and change management efforts
- Ensure integration with other enterprise systems
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements
- Support end-user training and adoption
- Track KPIs, report performance, and ensure timely delivery
- Handle escalations and provide high-quality support
- Own team performance reviews, promotions, and hiring decisions
Required Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s in MIS, BIS, or related field
- 12 years of professional experience, with:
- 7 years in Salesforce Admin/SDLC
- 4 years in team/project leadership
- 3 years in Salesforce Sales & Marketing apps
- Advanced Salesforce and integration knowledge
- Experience with data management, reporting, and third-party apps
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Proven success in managing complex deployments
Nice to Have:
- Master’s degree
- Salesforce Administrator/Advanced Admin certs
- Agile/SCRUM or AWS/Database/Dev certs
- Experience with VS Code
- Financial services or lending domain knowledge
