Job Overview:
Akkodis is seeking an experienced Informatica Integration and Development Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Azure Data Lake. This role is ideal for a seasoned ETL expert who can lead migration efforts, design robust data solutions, and work cross-functionally with teams to deliver high-quality, scalable data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration of SSIS or other ETL tools to Informatica Cloud Services (IICS/IDMC).
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL mappings, workflows, and processes.
- Analyze integration requirements, data sources/targets, and transformation logic.
- Oversee and troubleshoot data ingestion into Azure Data Lake.
- Conduct data profiling and implement data cleansing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet business and data requirements.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality data delivery across platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of hands-on experience in Informatica ETL design, architecture, and implementation.
- Proven experience with IICS/IDMC, including Data Integration, Application Integration, and Data Quality.
- Expertise with Azure Data Lake integrations.
- Proficient in SQL Server with strong query optimization skills.
- Experience with ETL data pipelines from on-prem to cloud (Azure).
- Strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM).
- Previous experience leading development teams and working in Agile environments.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks.
- Background in retail or consumer-facing industries.
