Role – Business Analyst

Duration – Long term contract(W2 Contract)

Candidate needs to have nCino AND / OR commercial lending experience. This DOES NOT include someone who has experience working for a company handling personal or car loans.
Commercial loans are a type of financing provided to businesses to fund various needs, such as expanding operations, purchasing equipment, managing cash flow, or acquiring real estate. Unlike personal loans, which are designed for individuals, commercial loans are tailored for companies or large business ventures and often come with different terms, interest rates, and repayment structures.
Role Expectations :
- The business initiates processes with minimal information (e.g., "I need this…"), so the BA must be a strong interviewer who can ask the right questions to fully understand business needs, not just agree with the request.
- The BA will work closely with developers, assist with QA, and support UAT, including developing test cases and explaining processes to the development team for production.
- Even without direct nCino experience, the candidate should assist with software upgrades and testing.
