Location: Hybrid Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX (12 days onsite per month)

Pay Rate: $67/HR on C2C Salary Target if Converted: Midpoint ~$120K
Duration: 3 6 month Contract to Hire

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

Certified Application Developer (CAD) Required

Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one of the following (Required):

Both certifications (CAD CIS) must be verified prior to submittal

ITOM: Event Management, Discovery, or Service Mapping

ITAM: Software Asset Management (SAM) or Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

5 years of ServiceNow platform development, including scripting and architecture

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and object-oriented programming

Proven ability to lead development projects, make technical decisions, and review code

Exceptional communication skills to work with stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and senior leadership

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow

Build and maintain a reliable, accurate CMDB through automated discovery and service mapping

Configure and optimize ITOM processes (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping)

Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions

Troubleshoot complex technical issues, support production environments, and propose long-term solutions

Review team code and ensure development best practices and standards

Stay current with new ServiceNow features and help implement upgrades and platform enhancements

Provide mentorship to junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment

PREFERRED SKILLS

Experience in Agile and DevOps environments

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, Jenkins)

Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and proactively

EDUCATION

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
