Job Description:
US Bank is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, particularly in CSM and ITSM modules.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience

• Strong expertise in client/server-side JavaScript and AngularJS

• Proficiency in Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and scripting with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow APIs, including REST integrations and Scripted REST APIs

• Experience with Advanced Work Assignment module (Agent Chat, assignment rules, capacity, agent presence, etc.)

• Hands-on with Service Portal development portals, pages, widgets, AngularJS-based customization

• Ability to build and customize UI Pages, UI Macros, and CMS elements using HTML/CSS
