The serenity retail associate is responsible for assisting customers with the purchasing of items within the Sibley Serenity Gift Shop. Duties include maintaining customer satisfaction and positive relations with fellow employees, volunteers, physicians, visitor and supplies; providing sales assistance to customers; and ensuring the shop shelves are stocked with appropriate goods. Must be able to describe and assist patients in selecting skincare, post-surgical garments, and headwear appropriate for their specific surgery or treatment.

Must be able to work as needed during gift shop hours - M-F 9am-5pm
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Education and Experience:
1. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, customer service oriented.
2. High school graduate or an equivalent combination of education and experience to provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Please note position will require - Cash register operation, cash counting skills, prolonged standing, box lifting. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
