Job Family Summary: Sales enablement is the strategic ongoing process of equipping the Field with content, guidance, tools and technology to drive success with our customers through a strong and effective partnership. The sales enablement team includes a Sales Enablement Specialist, Sales Enablement Managers, Sr. Sales Enablement Managers and the Sr. Sales Enablement Relationship Manager, reporting to the Sr. Director, Sales Enablement. The SE team may specialize in a variety of areas that include overall relationship between business units, supporting the regions in the Field, focusing on strategic partnerships, technology and marketing segmentation, and event planning and education. Through direct partnerships in the Field, the SE team provides proactive support to push forward programs that are impactful, and data driven. They gather insights from the field to develop the right type of tools and support, and to ensure alignment with Field needs as well as defining requirements for programs and track metrics of success. Enabling feedback loops and making adjustments to optimize programs on an ongoing basis. Job Summary: The Sales Enablement Specialist (SES) role is part of the Sales Enablement team, and partners closely with the Field, Marketing, and key partners to drive success. The SES oversees content management and execution, serves as a point of intake for the sales enablement team and partners with Martech on processes and project management. The Sales Enablement Specialist helps manage the planning and execution of SE programs, partnering with cross functional teams. Develops collaborative working relationships with business unit partners and marketing colleagues. Key contributor in defining requirements for programs and metrics of success. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Execute on the day-to-day, tactical elements of sales enablement programs, including design, material and content curation, delivery, and ongoing support. Develop and assist with tracking key metrics and performance indicators specific to sales enablement efforts to show return on investment and overall impact on the business. Assist with special projects to improve the effectiveness of the Field organization. Point of intake for Field inquiries and acts as a liaison between Field, Sales Enablement, and Marketing. Identify and support efforts to evaluate existing internal content resource library, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and update as needed. Organize and optimize sales enablement content, including regularly checking content library to ensure that field centric content is up to date, accurate, as well as easily accessible. Partner with Sales Enablement Managers to ensure communications align with content updates for timely notifications. Suggest potential solutions to address Field needs based on understanding of Field objectives. Key Partner with technology team to optimize and support sales enablement focused tools and technology including administration and maintenance. Job Specifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience: 2 years in employee benefits, Sales Enablement and/or Marketing Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Creativity and strong problem-solving ability Highly proficient in Excel Experience in PowerPoint, SharePoint and CRM Self-motivated; driven to produce results Excitement for and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Business acumen for The Standard’s product portfolio Professional certification required: N/A #LI-Remote Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year. Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
