Job Purpose : Handle client inquiries, triage calls, conduct initial prospect intake, provide quotes, and address policy-related queries. Ideal candidate will have two (2) years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, pleasant telephone manner, and ability to work independently. A successful candidate will handle various tasks including appointment setting, preparing quotes and proposals, managing renewal reminders, and other administrative functions.

Skills / Qualifications :
- Must have experience working in relevant industry – eg. Insurance, sales, customer service, retail, banking / finances, law office, etc.
- Must be able to work independently, organize, and manage tasks efficiently
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering high-quality service to customers and prospects – this includes a positive demeanor and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and demonstrate openness to coaching and training
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
- Licensing or certifications related to the insurance industry are advantageous.
