Responsibilities: As an assistant service advisor at Sid Dillon, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers as they arrive with a warm smile.
- Escort customers into the lounge area.
- Manage the movement of all cars on the drive, in the shop, or off-site.
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their service.
- Achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Verify customer email and phone number.
- Physically clean the service drive for an optimal customer experience.
