Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Software Development Engineer. In this role, you will work with a team of other engineers and technical program/product managers to design, develop, test, and deploy a critical set of mobile/web solutions/tools using cloud-based platforms. You will make analytical, data-driven decisions, apply your strong technical ability to design and develop systems, deliver complex engineering projects, and evangelize your team's products and ideas. You will manage and execute against project plans and delivery commitments. You will participate in day-to-day activities of the engineering team within an Agile/Scrum environment. You will report on the status of work, quality, and operations, and system performance to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology (or similar).
- At least 5 years of SDE and tool/app-building experience, or in a similar role
- Experience with the AWS tech stack is a must, along with JavaScript, React, or other similar mobile-focused libraries
- Demonstrated strength in full-stack development, with particular focus on front-end and UI/UX
- Experience with working and delivering end-to-end projects independently
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business communication skills
