Aquatics Supervisor
The Aquatics Supervisor is responsible for the development and implementation of aquatics programming, facilities, staff, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage aquatics programs and procedures.
- Oversee all existing aquatics programs, including summer camp.
- Assist with marketing and promotion of aquatics services.
- Hire, train, and evaluate aquatics staff.
- Maintain schedules, records, and reports related to aquatics programs.
Qualifications:
- 2 years management experience in an aquatic setting.
- Associates Degree.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certified in First Aid & CPR/AED (preferred).
