- Draft and distribute press releases.
- Coordinate media events and press conferences.
- Monitor media coverage and report on PR metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, strategic partners, and media contacts.
- Assist the Director in the development of PR strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and scheduling.
- Prepare and distribute media kits or communications toolkits and resources.
- Respond to media inquiries and requests, as directed.
- Assist the Director in crisis communication efforts.
- Maintain and update media, vendor, and strategic partner contact lists.
- Assist with organizing and managing PR events and activities.
- Track and analyze PR performance.
- Collaborate with account leadership, media, creative and production teams.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Assist with PR budgets and expenses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in public relations, events management, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
