Salary Range
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K matching.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily service operations, including supervision of service staff and delegation of duties.
- Implementation of company processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Development and maintenance of positive relationships with customers, employees, and vendors.
- Performance of quarterly/yearly employee reviews and implementation of training programs.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in an automotive service-related industry, preferably in refuse and environmental services.
- Prior leadership and management experience required.
- Knowledge of repair principles and procedures in heavy truck repair industries.
- ASE Heavy Truck Certifications.
- Clean driving record with or able to obtain a Class B non-exempt CDL driver license.
