Summary
The Order Management Coordinator supports the Loose Equipment Sales Team through the processing of orders related to all Loose Equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitate timely and accurate orders in the order management process of Loose Equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional business partners (internally and externally) to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
Translating, managing, and validating data supplied from quotes.
Ensure compliance with all company and business policies and administer all open sales orders and ensure appropriate order flow.
Establish a working timeline referencing any other needed SMEG projects to ensure timelines are met.
Understands manufacturer and Internal processes for accurately and correctly processing quotes and new orders for a streamlined and efficient order process
Understand Corporative buying contract processes and procedures.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Contribute to the overall order management strategy to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
Completion of various other order management related tasks as requested.
Communicate with Sales team with accurate order updates and estimated order completion to ensure a first-class customer service experience.
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Experience or Knowledge of Data Processing or database management systems required.
Intermediate/Advanced Skills in Excel required
Excellent Business English and communication skills
Self-motivated, with an aptitude for customer satisfaction
Detail oriented, organized and a strong multi-tasker
Ability to work well under pressure
Good Problem-Solving Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy a must
High level of competence with MS Office & 365
