The Safety Administrator is responsible for supporting the HSE Director and the HSE Department in implementing various health, safety, and environmental programs to assure the highest possible degree of safety for employees and the company. This position will assist company facilities with complying with Federal, state, local, and other applicable safety codes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support facility managers in completing required HSE documentation and assigning training per HSE Director’s direction.
- Assist in compiling and maintaining documentation to meet OSHA reporting requirements.
- Manage contractor management platforms (IsNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, etc.).
- Oversee the Safety Training Platform across all business units.
- Process documentation for injuries, drug testing, and physical examinations.
- Maintain organized safety department records, tracking systems, and deliverables.
- File and manage insurance claims, maintaining company records as required.
- Update EHS Management software for all business units.
- Maintain incident, injury, and safety-related documentation.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling and file management.
- Onboard new employees as assigned.
- Support HSE, real estate, and fleet administrative projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in database administration and process development.
- Experience with contractor management platforms (IsNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Tasks; familiarity with Adobe Pro is a plus (editing documents, using Adobe Sign, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with professionals at all levels and collaborate across departments.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and efficient in executing responsibilities and directives.
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- HSE experience a plus.
- Fleet management experience a plus.
- SharePoint experience a plus.
