The Mechanical HVAC Service Technician will play a critical role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC systems. This position is based in Eastern North Carolina and requires a proactive, skilled professional dedicated to minimizing client downtime and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including chillers, air handlers, boilers, and rooftop units
- Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues to ensure client operations remain uninterrupted
- Conduct inspections and provide detailed reports on equipment conditions with recommendations for repairs or upgrades
- Collaborate with project managers and fellow technicians to deliver timely and efficient service
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to clients and supervisors
