Job Description : As Sales Representative at Sidekick Solutions, you will play a crucial role in our growth trajectory as you progress from Business Development Representative (BDR) to Account Manager within a 6-month timeframe.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospecting : Identify and engage with potential clients within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities, through proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Lead Generation : Employ creative strategies to generate leads and schedule high-quality appointments with key stakeholders.
- Relationship Building : Establish strong relationships with prospects by understanding their biomedical engineering and medical device support needs, demonstrating expertise in our services, and offering tailored solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management : Effectively manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools to track interactions and activities, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of exceeding targets and goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications :
Compensation : This contract position offers a commission-only structure with attractive incentives based on performance, providing unlimited earning potential for successful candidates.

Year 2 OTE ~ $130,000
