Job Description : :
7 years in product management, focusing on data-driven / AI / ML solutions, ideally in agile.
Strong understanding of agile / scrum, including paired programming principles.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively with technical and business teams.
Experience managing product backlogs and delivering value via prioritized, paired development.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and analyze performance metrics, including code quality / deployment efficiency.
Define business needs via stakeholder collaboration, articulating AI solution requirements.
Prioritize the product backlog based on value, goals, and capacity, focusing on paired data scientist / engineer initiatives.
Manage the AI initiative pipeline
