Prior experience with T-Mobile or similar enterprise environments is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of backend services and applications using Java and/or Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Drive the full software development lifecycle, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, and implementing best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure high availability and reliability of systems.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to elevate team performance.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices in coding, architecture, and security.
- 12 years of professional development experience with a strong focus on backend development using Java and/or Node.js.
- Extensive experience in designing and building scalable, high-performance systems.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and related frameworks.
- Strong understanding of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Proficient in version control systems like Git.
- Solid experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Prior experience with T-Mobile or similar telecommunications/enterprise clients.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
