PeopleSoft Upgrade Specialist - US Citizens Only
Location: Hybrid (5 Manhattan West, NYC)
Rate Cap: $65/hr C2C or $60 on W2 (Preferred)
We’re seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Upgrade Specialist to lead the upgrade of PeopleSoft HCM applications, specifically supporting NYCAPS Actives and Retirees. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PeopleSoft, PeopleTools, middleware infrastructure, and upgrade processes.
Key Responsibilities
10 years working with multiple versions of PeopleSoft & PeopleTools across HCM modules.
Expertise in PeopleSoft upgrades & patch installations using Change Assistant & PUM.
Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 (PUM 39 with Fluid technology) & PeopleTools v8.59 .
Experience in PeopleSoft security, virtualization, UNIX (AIX preferred), and Oracle RAC integration.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Execute upgrade scripts, configure systems, and retrofit existing code, web services, and reports.
- Install, maintain, and configure PeopleSoft, PeopleTools, and middleware (Oracle WebLogic, AppDesigner, Oracle SQL, etc.).
- Work closely with the technical lead to ensure upgrade activities meet project deadlines.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of PeopleSoft security and access management solutions.
- Optimize system performance, debugging, and tuning.
10 years working with multiple versions of PeopleSoft & PeopleTools across HCM modules.

Salary : $60 - $65
