Key Responsibilities πΉ Brewing & Fermentation
β 1-3 years of experience in a brewery, beverage production, or food manufacturing environment preferred.
β Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
β Passion for kombucha, fermentation, and craft beverages.
β Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
β Strong organizational and time-management skills.
β Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
β Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one) is a plus.
β Understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation best practices.

Key Responsibilities πΉ Brewing & Fermentation
- Assist in brewing kombucha following established recipes and procedures.
- Monitor fermentation progress, maintaining accurate logs and adjusting processes as needed.
- Ensure proper sanitation of all brewing equipment, kegs, and fermentation vessels.
- Assist in blending and flavoring batches according to production schedules.
- Conduct routine quality checks, including pH, titrations, and sensory evaluations.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and compliant brewing environment.
- Assist in troubleshooting brewing issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including OSHA and food safety guidelines.
- Assist in bottling, canning, and kegging kombucha while ensuring consistency and quality.
- Maintain accurate inventory of raw ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Prepare orders for distribution and assist with shipping/receiving as needed.
- Support the maintenance and upkeep of brewing and packaging equipment.
- Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
