About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Events Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events that promote Pinkbox Doughnuts and enhance our brand presence. This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, the Events Coordinator will oversee the operations of the Pinkbox truck and the Allegiant Stadium kiosk.

Responsibilities

  • Event Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as product launches, community events, pop-up shops, corporate events, and private parties.
  • Allegiant Stadium Kiosk: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pinkbox kiosk at Allegiant Stadium, ensuring it is adequately stocked, and aligned with our brand standards during events.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to advertise and promote events.
  • Logistics Coordination: Handle event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, equipment rental, and setup/breakdown.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and attendees to ensure a positive and memorable event experience, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and legal regulations, and manage any necessary permits and insurance.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to gather insights and measure event success against established goals.

Qualifications


  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Passion for the Pinkbox Doughnuts brand and a keen interest in the food and beverage industry.
  • Experience managing mobile food operations and/or stadium kiosks is a plus.
  • Must have TAM and Food Handler Cards
