Description
We are seeking a professional, motivated and solutions driven Sales Coordinator to join the multi-residential housing division of one of the nation’s fastest growing property management firms. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the administrative support and relationship development of a database of new and existing direct bill clients who use the Company as their primary housing provider.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Serves as a primary point of contact for company clients.
• Services and expands business of existing client base by facilitating the fulfillment of client’s housing needs to ensure 95% or greater client satisfaction.
• Coordinates fulfillment duties with field employees to ensure client’s needs are met.
• Effectively presents and promotes company inventory, identifies the needs of the client, provides suggestions, and/or promotes alternative options.
• Responsible for understanding unique situations with each customer and recommending and/or developing solutions to address customer or company concerns and improve overall satisfaction.
• Follows up with account points of contact to ensure customer satisfaction and fulfillment of the job.
• Champions a positive, professional image of the Company to create customer goodwill and foster referrals and repeat business.
• Tracks and provides accurate placement information to management and accounting teams.
• Identifies new account business opportunities and up-channels to Sales Management.
• Creates detailed reports on a weekly basis.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Strong Microsoft Office skills a must.
• Some college or equivalent in experience & education preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and articulate with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Multi-residential housing or hospitality industry knowledge preferred but not required.
• Applicant must be highly organized, proactive, driven and possess a strong work ethic.
• Sitting, standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, and lifting up to 15 lbs.
• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance.
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Be able to pass drug and background screenings.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
