At Siegel’s Bagelmania, we’re serving up more than bagels—we’re dishing out iconic deli favorites with a side of Las Vegas history. As a Food Server, you’ll help carry on the tradition by delivering exceptional service, unforgettable flavors, and a welcoming smile that makes our guests feel like team.

What You’ll Do (Essential Functions)

• Create an unforgettable atmosphere – Welcome guests with warmth and energy that makes them feel like family.
• Be the menu expert – Share your love for our dishes and recommend the perfect bites to wow every guest.
• Own the dining experience – Take orders efficiently, deliver plates with precision, and keep the vibe high.
• Master the tools of the trade – Use the POS system like a pro to keep things running smoothly.
• Stay attentive and proactive – Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
• Support the team – Pitch in with opening, closing, and everything in between to keep the magic alive.

What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications)

• High school diploma preferred but not required—we’re looking for great people.
• Must be 21 if serving alcohol.
• Minimum 3 years of server experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• A love of great food and a strong knowledge of menu offerings and spirits.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• The ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Physical Side of Service (Requirements)

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Stay positive and upbeat, even during our busiest rushes.
