About You
- You are a design industry administrative professional with at least 3 years of experience
- You have strong attention to detail along with excellent organizational and technical skills
- You are self-motivated, resourceful, and entrepreneurial
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the principal in managing all aspects of business operations, including, finances, human resources, administration, studio culture, business development, and marketing.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in an architecture firm
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 3.6 GPA
- Exceptional organizational and technical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated professional with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with firm leadership, clients, and vendors
- Proficiency in architecture practice software, including financial, graphic design, project management applications, and Dropbox
- Native or business-level English fluency
