We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Executive Assistant to work directly with our founder on a daily basis. Your duties will range from maintaining their calendars, coordinating client meetings, responding to emails, and liaising with the staff on daily activities.

This person must be someone who puts the team first, who can pick up on tedious details, who communicate effectively and directly with coworkers and clients, and can do so while under pressure and on tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the founder's calendars and daily meetings.
- Anticipate needs and actively seek out solutions. Determine and implement process improvements.
- Organize a large volume of inquiries and requests from internal staff, as well as external clients and executives, and prioritize accordingly.
- Juggle constantly changing schedules and meetings in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain expense reports and other administrative tasks, as assigned.
- Make quick and accurate decisions when someone is unavailable.
- Approach each situation with a solutions-oriented mindset, all problems have solutions.
- Book and coordinate travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, rental cars, etc. as needed.
- Be proactive in scheduling necessary meetings, initiating follow-ups, and other important reminders.
Qualifications:
- Able to handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- At least 3 years of experience someone at an associate level in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
- Handle confidential, proprietary, and personal information with the utmost professionalism.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prioritize a wide range of tasks and manage time well.
- Maintain a friendly, collaborative, and approachable demeanor.
