Our client, a leading asset management firm renowned for their innovative investment solutions and commitment to excellence, has an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support their Investor Relations Team. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating a high volume of communications, and ensuring that all operational aspects of the Investor Relations function run smoothly.
Qualified candidates will have 5 years of experience supporting an investor relations team in asset management. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Investor Relations Coordination: Assist with the preparation of investor presentations, reports, and meeting materials. Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, conferences, and events.
- Communication Management: Act as a liaison between the Senior Executive, Investor Relations team, and external stakeholders. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism..
- Documentation: Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed. Maintain accurate records and files.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5 years of executive assistant experience within the financial services or asset management industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
