Some Job Duties :
- Provide administrative support to two or more attorneys.
- Draft letters, meeting packages, amendments, addendums, and agreements with attention to detail.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls when appropriate.
- Perform conflict checks, opening and closing of matters, and new client proposals.
- Maintain regular communication with supervising attorneys and clients.
- Conduct corporate searches and navigate State and DBPR websites for information.
- Keep cases organized by maintaining files and data management.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment with a "can do" positive attitude.

Education :
Seeking a minimum of an associate degree; however, may substitute experience for qualified / skilled candidates.
