Siegwerk in Neenah, WI is looking for an Ink Technician to join our team! As an Ink Technician you will perform a broad range of technical tasks pertaining to daily ink room management and operation under the direction
Job Responsibilities
- Assists customer with ink room operations.
- Coordinates job set up for pressess
- Formulates and blends inks as required.
- Maintains inventory control standards.
- Organizes inks for press runs.
- Returns inks from press to appropriate area.
- Performs press-side color matching.
- Operates color computer.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Experience working with ink – UV, Water-based - preferred but not required.
- Color matching ability and knowledge of inks and films preferred.
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, communications skills, and demonstrated initiative in problem solving/troubleshooting required.
- Knowledge of basic computer operating and a good working knowledge of IMS.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence
Shift Information
- 1st Shift, 6am-2pm; schedule will based on availability and need.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
