- Electrical or mechanical engineer with 3 years of technical or commercial experience in technical sales or marketing (transformer experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated with supervisory experience (preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills for managing tasks and projects efficiently.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with customers and internal staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows.
- Skilled in establishing relationships and negotiation.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
