Rewards

- That is followed by communicating order status, especially those orders that are urgent or priority one customer needs to internal warehouse team.
- Throughout the day work with various departments internally and externally (domestic and international) to ensure the timely shipment of materials.
- You will communicate directly with internal customers to resolve any queries or issues.
- Maintain Hotjobs inbox for customer requests to ensure all deliveries are flowing through the process.
- Coordinate daily organization and releasing of deliveries.
- Maintain high level of communication with customers and members of the warehouse.
- Ensure compliance to customer delivery requirements, assisting the team determine workload and flow for the Siemens Energy PG business.
- Understand customer demands and work to deliver a high on time delivery (OTD) performance.
- Clearly articulate customer needs to internal warehouse team.
- Ensure systematic conversions of products/parts.
- Organization, coordination and processing of cancelled or altered deliveries.
- Minimum High school diploma
- 5 years of successful experience in a productive warehouse or logistics center environment.
- SAP EWM system knowledge experience is required.
- Problem solving ability to determine root cause for customer issues
- Positive, collaborative, can do attitude.
- Time management and organizational skills.
