Job Overview
The company has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative at their Sanford facility. Ideal candidates would have the majority of the following qualifications and experience:
· Previous experience in customer service or sales position with 1-2 years of experience
· Well Spoken and Articulate with the ability to speak to customers in professional manner and diffuse difficult situations.
· Work Gracefully under pressure
· Experience with Scheduling deliveries and answering questions in regards to billing/invoicing.
· Must be computer literate and know common software packages (Microsoft Suite with a focus on Excel)

· Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
· Must have a stable work history
· Able to pass a background check and drug screen
