Environmental Quality Safety (EQS) professionals are agents for change, transforming processes, behavior, and culture within an organization. They act as guardians, protecting the business by identifying appropriate standards for business performance and ensuring they are met. They also collaborate closely with leaders and managers to drive quality and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives. EQS professionals ensure that stakeholders are well served, with a focus on governance, assurance, and improvement. They are well-placed to be the effective and independent voice of the customer, contributing to broader organizational success by recognizing and addressing contributors to customer loyalty.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities. How You’ll Make An Impact
- Support resolution of Customer Issues Management Process (CSM) to achieve customer and business targets for acknowledgment, effective investigation, and timely customer accepted solutions.
- Provides visibility of internal/external issues and facilitates the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs to improve EHS and Quality performance.
- Conducts periodic reviews with internal Stakeholders related to Quality and EHS.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes within the area of responsibility that impacts customer satisfaction and business/operational excellence.
- Perform internal audits and inspections as required to identify opportunities for deficiencies within the management system and international organization for standardization (ISO) requirements where applicable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, EHS, Engineering or similar study is preferred. Qualified by experience in a similar field
- 5 years of experience in the service industry. Those with more experience may be considered for a more senior level.
- Experience with Repair and Maintenance of Industrial Turbines, Compressors, and associated Auxiliary Equipment.
- Experience with ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001.
- Experience in developing and managing an Internal Management Systems.
- Experience facilitating business improvement initiatives and with lean methodologies.
