How You’ll Make An Impact
- Perform month-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Support development, submission, and review of monthly financial forecasts.
- Work closely with local Procurement team to identify and resolve issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting for Plant management, including daily, weekly, monthly reports and ad hoc reporting for both US and German headquarters.
- Participate in annual physical inventory process/reconciliation/audits.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
- 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Collaborate with various functional areas to drive analysis and improvements across the business.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and take initiative.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
