Turbine Blade Processing Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Technician to join our Gas Services division, where you will be responsible for processing turbine blades and ensuring high-quality standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Set up universal packing height gauges or use standard packing height gauges to scribe or blue packing heights on base blades.
- Determine tolerances for pitch thickness, inlet and exit edge thickness, and radius using tolerance drawings.
- Notify supervision of irregularities or equipment malfunctions.
Requirements
- 6 months of experience in a production manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with machine practices and techniques is beneficial.
