Contact Center Manager – Siemens Healthineers (USA & Canada)

As a Contact Center Manager, you will lead the operational delivery of our HR Shared Services across the U.S. and Canada. You’ll drive excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement to ensure top-tier customer experience, operational efficiency, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR Shared Services Operations for the U.S. and Canada, promoting a high-performance culture rooted in customer-centricity and service excellence.
- Implement and manage global KPIs, leveraging data to monitor service performance, ensure accountability, and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze and anticipate customer and business needs, driving strategies that enhance satisfaction, productivity, and quality of service.
- Standardize and optimize operational processes to ensure scalability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Foster knowledge sharing and collaboration across the service delivery teams to promote best practices and consistent service delivery.
- Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to support the design, implementation, and enhancement of global service delivery platforms.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) are met and aligned with business objectives.
- Lead special initiatives and transformation projects, including organizational carve-ins and carve-outs.
- Oversee team leadership, staffing, and resource planning, ensuring effective budget management and reporting.
- Develop, coach, and inspire cross-functional teams, including team leads and operations professionals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7 years of experience in service operations or contact center management, ideally within a shared services or global organization.
- Proven track record of managing large, cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality, scalable services.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience working with global KPI frameworks and IT-driven service platforms.
- Familiarity with HR processes and systems is a strong plus.
