CTH/Cancer Therapies Clinical Education Specialist
In this role, the successful candidate’s principal responsibility will be to facilitate best-in-class Clinical Education on Siemens CT systems and components as they are used in the Radiation Oncology environment. The candidate will facilitate expert clinical training that fosters customer excellence and represents Siemens Healthineers and Clinical Education with professionalism. The candidate will work with the CT/CTH Modality team, the Competency Management Specialist, and Education and Service Management to continually develop clinically relevant knowledge and expertise to ensure a positive customer experience.

The base pay range for this position is
Min $95,300 - Max $143,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.

The candidate will work with the CT/CTH Modality team, the Competency Management Specialist, and Education and Service Management to continually develop clinically relevant knowledge and expertise to ensure a positive customer experience.
Clinical Education job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparation: Prepare and gather necessary regulatory-approved documentation for end-user training at the customer site.
- Training delivery: Conduct clinical training remotely or at the customer site to educate staff on safely and effectively using Siemens CT equipment for newly installed systems, upgraded software/hardware features, and ongoing/remedial training as needed.
- Professional Administration: Complete regulatory and core process documents promptly.
- Project Management: Ability to coordinate and facilitate impactful training activities that result in excellent clinical outcomes with minimal impact on patient care, workflow, and productivity.
- Proficiency: Maintaining clinical and technical competency through continued education and participation in Siemens’s training programs
- Experience performing CT Simulation on contemporary Siemens CT equipment - required
- Valid A.R.R.T. licensure in both Computed Tomography [R.T.(R)(CT)] and Radiation Therapy [R.T.(T)] - preferred; however, consideration will be made for exceptional and qualified candidates with one or the other.
- Experience performing RGSC / Respiratory Gating examinations, 3D visualization, syngo.via RTIS preferred
- Candidate must physically reside in/around posted locale and within proximity to a major airport.
- Ability to travel extensively [> 95%] nationwide/away from home each week
- BA or BS - preferred
- Experience in training - preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong computer skills [Microsoft products, etc.]
