Apply now for the position of Vice President Zone Finance, Central Zone, and you will join our Zone Finance Organization team based in Cary, NC or Malvern, PA, contributing to enhancing overall operations and processes at Siemens Healthineers, while also making a significant impact that drives positive change and leads to improved financial results.

Support Siemens Healthcare Zone Business Sales from a Finance perspective for Modality Equipment and the Service Business of $600m in business volume. Drive profitable growth, efficient cash flow, and customer financial solutions/packaging through direct customer interaction. Support the sales organization to develop Zone specific programs across all the market segments to support orders and revenue growth. Manage the Zone quote to booking process/team, in-vivo service life-cycle contract management process/team and in-vivo contract data support across the portfolio to drive best in class processes with an efficient customer focused organization. Lead the zone service lifecycle team to ensure accurate and timely implementation of warranty, service contracts, and T&M transactions with our customers together with process compliance.

This position is a high-level financial management position reporting into the Head of Customer Finance with a strong partnership to the Zone executive sales leadership and other zone sales& service leadership. This position will interact with many layers of the organization including "C Level’s" and other operating companies as well as external customers at the "C Level". Position includes 2 direct reports, a total finance organization of approximately 20 employees and supports a zone sales team of 50 people.

Your Role

  • Drive profitable growth through direct customer interaction
  • Drive financial solutions/packaging to customer’s
  • Strategic Zone Planning - Orders, Revenue, Cash and Sales Coverage Models
  • Cash Management thru customer payment terms and dispute resolution (EQP and Service)
  • Business Plans/Planning, Budgeting/Forecasting, KPI’s and Reporting
  • Drive process improvements for efficiencies and market benchmark for customer satisfaction
  • Continual assessment of newly centralized processes to ensure best practices implementation, work load balancing, efficiency and contract adherence for proper books and records.
  • Evaluate & implement automation opportunities to drive productivity
  • Develop critical KPI’s and effective tracking mechanisms that identify warning signals and trends.
  • Develop both strategic and tactical plans that improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Ensure effective reporting of results & integrity of books/records in the zone (Orders, Revenue & backlog)
  • Actively seek internal feedback and external benchmarking for continual improvement.
  • People Development - as a manager of managers, inspire, communicate & lead to attract and retain talent. Provide the leadership, training, and coaching to develop both managers & teams to grow their careers while increasing employee engagement.
  • Collaboration – role model of effective collaboration to improve business results. Partners with Field Finance Customer Administration, Customer Supply Chain, NAM Finance functions and Sales.

Required Skills, Education And Experience For This Position

  • 15 plus Years of Finance/Business Administration experience with 7-10 years in a leadership role and current knowledge of IFRS/GAAP.
  • 10 Years Healthcare market experience.
  • 7-10 Years Customer facing sales/financial management experience
  • 7-10 Years Healthcare market experience
  • Business development experience
