Your Mission:
Join us as a Fitter/Welder where your expertise will fabricate the highest-quality stainless-steel rail cars:
- Prioritize safety enforcement and use of proper protective gear.
- Implement precise welding of large structures per exacting specifications.
- Innovate assembly and integration techniques with minimal oversight.
- Commit to continuous learning and maintaining detailed documentation.
Qualifications to Thrive:
- High school diploma or equivalent is a must.
- Sharpened skills with 3-5 years in MIG welding on stainless steel or accredited welding with two years of shop floor skill.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems alongside competent English communication.
Impressive Traits Include:
- Credentials in welding stainless-steel with the capability of GMAW 3G and 4F methods.
- An aptitude for GTAW welding is advantageous.
Position-holders will undergo relevant background assessments to maintain industry standards. (Background Check/Drug Testing: Upon offer of employment, candidates will be subject to a background check and drug screen, as well as Pulmonary Function Test and Respirator Fit Test.)
