Siena College invites applications for the full-time position of Executive Administrative Assistant in the Office of Academic Affairs. Reporting directly to the Provost, this role includes managing the daily order and support operations of the office. The administrative assistant will receive and direct visitors, answer phones, monitor email communications and respond appropriately to inquiries on various college matters. This position is responsible to manage the Provost's calendar, schedule meetings, monitor budgets, place orders/purchase orders and check requests, facilitate vendor contracts, book various reservations, and create and maintain information tracking tools. Support of the administrative team for various projects and operations is necessary. Many aspects of this job require confidentiality and discretion.
Salary: $21.41/hour

Job Requirements:
A high school degree or equivalent and a background in office administration is required. To be considered, candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as use of discretion and independent judgement. Experience in higher education is a plus.
