Job Description:-
We are seeking Guidewire Policy Center Config/Integrator to join our team in San Antonio, TX, this program is to modernize the legacy application into Guidewire.
This role will directly work with business partners, Leads, Architect to come-up strategies, solutions, design and develop functionalities and business solutions in Guidewire platform, and provides input to aide in decision making.
Collaborate with multiple teams to align with overall objective and roadmap of the program, breakdown the business capabilities into features, provide estimation, be part of all SAFE agile ceremonies , manage the teams, track the tasks to complete the planned development work. Contributes to and executes long and short-term strategic solutions.
Guidewire Policy Center (Certified Professionals) with Cloud experience
Extensive experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter
In-depth knowledge in coding standards, review process, branching and merging strategies, DevOps, and Guidewire best practices
Extensive experience in Guidewire integration mechanisms ,Data model, Rules, Configurations, Admin data management
Performance monitoring and tuning ,Hands-on experience in Guidewire application configuration (clustering, database configurations)
Extensive experience in SAFe Agile methodology End to end Guidewire implementation knowledge Estimation, planning, and development processes
Communication skill and team coordination skills
Resolving mismatches in technical requirements through communication with guidewire
Communication to stakeholder groups around dependencies and timelines
Experience in insurance suites with GW
Experience in refining requirements with GW
Experience in any of the Public cloud
Good Technical understanding of various parts of GW Platform and interwork.
Awareness in compliance and regulatory requirements for GW Product onboarding
Awareness with Devops CICD Process
Experience in handling test data for creating tooling/masking PII or moving data from Test to Prod
Experience in resolving issues with Integration with other vendor products/monitoring nd logging.
