SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION :
The Stockroom Clerk is responsible for providing support to the Purchasing department by assisting in organizing and maintaining stockroom materials and supplies, by issuing materials to the production department, along with supporting the inventory control procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Stockroom Clerk :
- Provide materials / supplies according travelers / requisition form.
- Issue MRO and Stock Consumables.
- MRO and Stock Consumable inventory control.
- Replenish supplies.
- Maintain safety and security of all materials, tools, supplies, etc. in stockroom.
- Receive and inspect incoming materials / supplies and distribute / stock accordingly.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory levels.
- Enter / update inventory on purchasing software (ProCim) and / or excel spreadsheet.
- Perform daily clerical functions : filing, copying, data entry etc.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Interact professionally and diplomatically with managers, co-workers, and vendors.
- May be required to operate a forklift as needed.
- Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL DEMANDS : The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee must frequently stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The ability to lift 20 lbs., open filing cabinets, and bend, stand, or climb on step ladders as necessary.

California Salary Range : $20 - $21 per hour and Benefit Perks
